   You must be marriageable beforeyou go into marital relationship, if not you mess up this greatinstitution. An intimate or close union is not for the immature maleand female because true matrimony is not a marriage of convenience.Your marriageability is what influences your marital circumstances. Ifyou are fully prepared and properly position yourself for this journey,nothing will upset your applecart.

The essence of law in the society is for the protection of itscitizenry. Hence, all authority must obey the protection of rightsespecially that of a child because he or she is tomorrow's leader. Thisarticle is necessary in this time when social habit towards the childis facing the challenges of civilization. We have a great responsiblitytoward children, and need to respect them.
The issues relating tothe right of a child have gained such prominence that it stands out asan area of law which must be salvaged from the increasing influence ofnegative civilization. It is appropriate that the government, peopleand organizations identify this malaise and initiate means to curb theugly issue. It is generally acceptable that and people's rightespecially that of a child deserve respect.
Nevertheless, theissue bothering on the rights of a child calls for special study andattention. This is so because children cannot make declarations or lawsfor themselves nor are they capable asserting their own rights exceptthrough the adults (children's best friend). It is clear that necessityis laid upon us to carry out this onerous task of respecting,empowering and creating a better future for our children.
A childis biologically a human between the stages of birth and puberty. Thelegal definition of a "child" generally refers to a union, otherwiseknown as one younger than the age of maturity. There are numerousdefinitional problems associated with the concept of who a child is.Many countries, laws or organizations have age that they use tocategorize who a child is, some use the standard of one who is notabove twenty one years, others use eighteen or fourteen in theirstratification.
Child right are those right that nature andconstitution bestow on a child because of age and this must berespected. The United Nations Declaration of the right of the childstates that, "the child shall enjoy special protection and shall begiven opportunities and facilities by law and by other means, to enablehim/her to develop physically, mentally, spiritually and socially in ahealthy and normal manner and in conditions of freedom and dignity. Inthe suggestion, proposing or making of law regarding the child, thechild shall be the paramount consideration.
As a matter of fact,it is not enough these right in a document. Facilities must be providedunder which these rights will be practiced and preserved. Non –adherent to the child right act and law should be severely punished.The family, court, government, health authority, police, social welfareetc, are machineries that can be used for the protection of the rightof the child. We must respect and dignify a child because he or she isan arrow to the future.

THE REASON FOR THE SEASON.

The death and resurrection of Christ is the hallmark of christianity.It's a pity that alot of people haven't come to embrace Christ as their lord and savior.It's also unfortunate that some christians and churches have a myopic view of the easter,to me according to revelational knowledge,from the period we call lent should be a time of edification and evangelism with the word of God.The easter period is not a time of crying,mourning or been sober,rather it's a time of joyful celebration because had Christ not risen our hope and faith would have been smeared on the mud.That Christ arose should be a thing of celebration for all true christians.On this sweet easter sunday,the 4th day of april 2010 I attended the easter sunday church service at the Redemption Life Fellowship international church and the bishop Jude Chineme gave a sermon tagged NO CRUCIFICATION,NO RESURRECTION.He taught us that the moment you accept Christ your crucification start manifesting as challenges,but God will see you through because one with Him is majority.Cry for yourself he who is not fulfilling his God-given purpose.Christ fulfilled his purpose and today he is our hero and savior and he is at the right hand of God.If you truly understand the reason for the season then you should be celebrating the risen Christ and not sobering or just remembering.Know that without Christ you are nothing,with him you are something.Christ in us is the hope of glory.HAPPY EASTER TO YOU.

Saying that talent is everything or enough is fallacy. When is talent enough?Talent is only a raw material,a starting point.As only water cannot make soup so,can only talent not make you a success. The misconception in our society today is the idea that when a person achieves success people think or believe that only talent brought brought such a person to that height or state of success. In our society today,a lot of fundamental reasons,truths and principles have been relegated to the background.And this is causing havoc to mankind and his enviroment. In the marriage institution,God the founder made it to be grounded by love.people now go into this union for money,fame,beauty,children,age and material things instead of true love.Anything that's not rooted in godliness do not last. Some people open church,ministry,fellowship and outreach only to use the name of God in robbing innocent members.This is man's inhumanity to man. What about those women into the business of getting pregnant,giving birth and selling the baby for money. These are some of the reasons why marital infidelity,divorce,juvenile deliquency,hardship e.t.c,are increasing.God forgive and save humanity. Get ready for my next blog!

I just came back from my church sunday service.It's a special day for we the member's of Holy Ghost Anglican Church,Aba,Abia state,Nigeria.Today is for appreciating our church leader,The Rev. Canon Manasses Okere,his family and ministry.This man of God is a visionary and noble man.He is a mentor i admire a lot.Being his protege has really blessed my life.A story told by the sermoner touched me so much and that's what made me to leave my tight schedule to blog about it.He told us a story about someone who preached the gospel of christ in the bus and after the preaching some thieves inside the bus ordered the driver to stop and when they finish robbing the bus they ordered the preacher to step out,one of the robbers asked the preacher to confess that Jesus Christ is a fool.This preacher was shaking and very afraid.They told her once she proclaims that, they will leave her,if not they'll kill her.This preacher said/confessed that Jesus Christ is a foolish man and the thief shot her to death saying that Jesus Christ is not a fool(even evil people know that Christ is not a fool and can never be).Now this woman is dead,she lost heaven from what we know.Oh! she denied the man(Jesus Christ) she talks about at the most crucial time.Many of us are also guilty like this preacher.When we are tempted we succumb without surmounting the challenge.I know it's not easy most atimes but we should try to match our words(talk) with our walk and work. Lesson: we should always endeavor to stand up for what we believe.Anyone that saves his/her life for the sake of Christ will loose it,but anyone that looses his/her life for for the sake of Christ will regain it. Action plan:Make up your mind to defend and proclaim the risen Christ Jesus.It's for your own goodness and betterment. Benefits:If you walk your talk,you'll be a person of good character and integrity;an exemplary. PRAYER: Lord give us the wisdom,knowledge,understanding and strength to prevail at all times and in all things. Remain under the shadow of the almighty God.

Sagging the fashion craze

Thinking of the crazy fashion in vogue makes me weep in my heart.The fashion trend called sagging is an eyesore.From informations i gathered prisoner's recieve gifts of clothings from kind men and this clothes especially the trouser's are too big and when the prisoner puts it on the trouser will sag that is as if it's going to pull of.In a situation where the trouser is too jump-up the prisoner tries to push the trouser's waist down to make it stop looking like what we call 'I fear ground' during my secondary school days.Today people now dress this way.A lot of men and women no longer use belt or girdle to hold their trousers waist,these results to our seeing their pants or asshole for those that wear nothing inside.The word sag stands for something abnormal,so those who dress in this way are abnormal.Sagging is indecent dressing,we should desist from it because the way you dress is the way you are address.Sagging makes you look like a sex toy.Dress well at all times.

Hope is an expectation of something to happen or come.When we hope and the thing expected is delayed or not seen we go into the state of hopelessness.Many people can attest to what i wrote above.Whether you are a parent,business person,student,e.t.c,never loose hope,re-examine yourself because doing the samething always and expecting different result's is madness/insanity.Do your best and leave the rest to God.There's nothing like a hopeless situation;people only become hopeless about a situation.Read biographies of great men like Dale Carnegie,Abraham Lincoln,e.t.c,they rose to greatness with hardwork and the grace of God.It's not over until you stop breathing,that's death.You can make it.
